Miller Lite | Summer Kick Back

For summer 2016 we created the Miller Lite Summer Kickback program, a surprise & delight based integrated marketing campaign that aimed to make more Miller Time possible throughout the summer season - in backyards, at the beach, even baseball games and music festivals.  We brought experiences, surprises, and supplies to guys and girls using social media as the conduit, ultimately making the valuable moments spent with friends just a bit better.

We wanted to celebrate our fans and the real times they spend with their friends during summer—their Miller Times. And since we had the big stage (a national promoted trend), we rolled out the red carpet and kicked off summer in a BIG way. How?


By hosting the first-ever UGC awards show on Twitter, celebrating our fans and their friend's finest moments from beaches, BBQs, bars & more. As a result, the lift in brand mentions and UGC was higher then ever.

My team was responsible for the digital and social launch of the Miller Lite Original White Can.  After 7 years of volume declines, re-introducing the Original White Can resulted in a +8 pt trend swing and the first positive quarter in 7 years.
